I wanted to thank all the carers on behalf of my mother and myself, for the care that my mother has received during her time with UCS, and whilst she was recovering after her hospital admission. My mother had never received care before and the whole experience has been amazing , the carers have been kind, patient and understanding of my mother’s needs and they spent the time with her helping her through what has been a very stressful time. Right from assessment, dealing with the carers and the office staff , has been an pleasant and easy experience. Thank you “

I really wanted to acknowledge my mums carer Iona for trusting her instincts and taking the time to make sure I was aware of her concerns. It is so reassuring to know that Mum has carers who are genuinely looking out for her wellbeing. You can clearly see how much Iona cares. She always treats Mum with kindness, dignity and respect, and Mum absolutely adores her. Knowing someone cares for your loved one as if they were their own gives our family enormous peace of mind.
