Understanding Home Care
Universal Care Services provide a range of services across the Midlands. Starting in Worcester, followed by Coleshill, Walsall, Hinckley, Cambridge, Corby, Ipswich and Norfolk. We also provide care in some of the previous areas for extra care facilities. This is similar to a residential home, but not everyone will receive care!

Our Care Team
At Universal Care Services, all of our carers undergo a Pre-assessment week prior to being onboarded, this is where they learn and understand how to safely deliver care, as well as how to approach different situations and use our care planning app. They are then assessed on their knowledge and scored, before they can be passed and sent out on shadowing shifts. All our carers undergo this process no matter their experience, to ensure all our staff are providing high quality, compassionate care.
Yes, all Universal Care Services carers are fully insured while providing care and support in your home. We hold the appropriate insurance policies to protect both our clients and our staff, giving you added peace of mind. Our carers are also fully trained, DBS checked, and work in accordance with professional care standards and company procedures. We are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality home care, ensuring both clients and carers are protected while receiving or providing support. If you have any questions about our insurance cover, our team will be happy to provide further information.
