About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to become part of a team that supports a 45-year-old gentleman with disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support to help him maintain a high quality of life. The candidate must also hold a Full, Clean UK licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle.

Two Week Shift Pattern:

WEEK 1

Tues 5pm – 10pm

Thurs 5pm – 10pm

Fri 5pm – 10pm

Sat 8am – 12pm

WEEK 2

Tues 5pm – 10pm

Thurs 5pm – 10pm

Fri 5pm – 10pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support with mobility.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication management.
• Drive and accompany the gentleman to social activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Valid UK driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
