We have recently taken over an Extra Care Facility in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share this milestone with you. This new addition marks an important step in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to individuals who value independence while enjoying the reassurance of professional assistance when needed.
What is An Extra Care Facility?
Extra Care facilities are designed to offer a unique blend of independent living and tailored care services. Residents have their own private apartments, combined with access to communal spaces and on-site support. It’s the perfect balance for those who want to maintain their lifestyle while having peace of mind that help is always close by.

Huntingdon is a vibrant community with a strong sense of connection, making it an ideal location for our newest facility. We’re excited to bring our expertise and compassionate care to this area, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and part of a welcoming environment.
What’s Next?
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be working closely with staff, residents, and families to ensure a smooth transition. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the facility by introducing new activities, personalized care plans, and community engagement initiatives. We have already begun introducing the team to our new residents at Park View, by hosting a coffee morning and Remembrance Day celebration on Tuesday.
