Field Care Supervisor

Key skills you should possess:

  • Experience with an out of hours emergency On-call service
  • Experience with writing Care Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Experience with writing up MAR Charts
  • Experience in Auditing Daily Log sheets and MAR Charts
  • Ability to time manage, be proactive and work on your own initiative
  • Manage a team of carer workers out in the field
  • Experience in carrying out supervisions
  • Professional manner and excellent customer service to liaise with other health care professionals
  • You will be asked to attend social services reviews and supervisions
  • You must be friendly and supportive toward vulnerable adults and staff
  • An excellent team player
  • Possess good IT skills and have a good telephone manner
  • Be able to assess clients for individual needs and carry out risk assessments
  • Be able to type up documents using a PC or laptop
  • Reliable and flexible
  • You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure



For this role, you must be experienced within the care sector and hold a minimum of NVQ 2 or equivalent and happy to work towards NVQ level 3.
