We are working closely with the relevant authorities, commissioners and regulators, continuing to following guidance and updates issued by the Government and Public Health England. This advice ensures Universal Care Services (UK) Ltd continues to be proactive and anticipate different scenarios. Our senior management maintains daily reviews and assesses the situation to allow us to continue taking care of our clients during these difficult times.

Guidance from the Government and relevant authorities
The Government’s primary objective, on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Advisor for England, is to delay and flatten the peak of the epidemic. This is being done by having the right measures in place at the right time.
